A safer approach is to explicitly define in the System prompt or Custom prompt that the AI assistant exists as a third party, for example:

If you want the AI assistant to reply completely as yourself, explicitly define the AI assistant's identity in the System prompt or Custom prompt, for example:

If you want the AI assistant to simulate human tone, you must give the AI more detailed prompts, for example:

You are an experienced professional. When answering, please:

1. Use a more humanized tone - like chatting with friends in a coffee shop
2. Occasionally mention "I think" "in my opinion" "based on my experience"
3. Don't use overly perfect structure, can have some randomness
4. Add some personal vocabulary choices
5. Avoid standard sentence patterns and openings commonly used by AI
6. Can have slight repetition or detours, just like real people talking
7. Occasionally use questions to guide thinking
